June 8 - Walk-in Registration

Walk-in Registration is June 8, 8:00am–12:00pm

Sporting Hill Fire Station, Training Room (rear of building)
295 S. Sporting Hill Road, Mechanicsburg

Please be sure to bring the required documents with you so they can be uploaded. You will need your player's birth certificate, the signed Mid Penn Player Registration Form, the Mid Penn Player Medical Release (signed by a physician), and the signed Mid Penn Waiver/Agreement.
