Strikers vs Keepers

• Strikers will develop a technical understanding of the position, including including approach to the ball, plant foot, follow through and landing and a tactical understanding including left foot, left post/ right foot, right post and power vs placement in the penalty area.
• Goalkeepers will develop technical skill with live shooters, including catching, collapse diving, parrying, and footwork while developing their tactical game in angle play, 1v1s, and dealing with crosses.

Midfield Possession

• Players will increase technical proficiency in receiving across the body, talking, awareness, passing weight/accuracy and gain tactical understanding of the game in the midfield through a variety small and larger positional rondo games to increase the thought and speed at which soccer decisions are executed.

RAYSL Futures (2011-2014)

• Build upon fundamental soccer skills
• Increase fundamental movement skills (agility, balance, coordination and speed)
• Experience a new environment and prepare for travel soccer
